Shipping policy
Domestic shipping is via UPS. PO Box orders ship via USPS.
BILLING ADDRESS
Please verify that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. Name/street/city/state/zip/apt #, address must match EXACTLY, with no typos or misspellings. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
To prevent fraudulent claims, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of UPS or USPS. Any lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please contact UPS or USPS directly to resolve any delivery issues.
