Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not issued and cancellations are not accepted once orders are placed.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and work toward a solution. Sizing issues must be addressed within 3 days of delivery.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be addressed with supporting documentation and said customer will be placed on a blacklist from ordering in the future.

Please be reminded that ALL new customers MUST purchase a sizing kit from Britany J Beauty. Sizing kits are not universal and cannot be used from other companies. Your order will be placed on hold, if a sizing kit from Britany J Beauty has not been previously purchased.
