Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not issued and cancellations are not accepted once orders are placed.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and work toward a solution.

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed orders will be disputed with supporting documentation.

Please be reminded that any orders placed and fulfilled without a sizing kit are at the customer's discretion. Britany J Beauty cannot guarantee sizing accuracy for sizing issues, if a kit was not used prior to ordering. Replacement nails can be purchased.
