Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not issued and cancellations requests will only be approved for a store credit.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and work toward a solution.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be addressed with supporting documentation and said customer will be placed on a blacklist from ordering in the future.

Please be reminded that ALL new customers MUST purchase a sizing kit from Britany J Beauty. Sizing kits are not universal and cannot be used from other companies. Your order will be placed on hold, if a sizing kit from Britany J Beauty has not been previously purchased.
