How do I place an order?

NOTE: Please be reminded that any orders placed and fulfilled without a sizing kit are at the customer's discretion. Britany J Beauty cannot guarantee sizing accuracy for sizing issues, if a kit was not used prior to ordering. Replacement nails can be purchased.

What nail dehydrator do you recommend?

We recommend a professional nail dehydrator such as Young Nails Swipe. Alternatively, you may use rubbing alcohol as a nail dehydrator.

What nail primer do you recommend?

We recommend a professional nail primer such as Young Nails Protein Bond.

How long do the nails stay on?

Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how much activity you use your hands for and your choice of adhesive. With adhesive tabs if you're wearing them for a special occasion, you can wear them for few hours up to 2 weeks. With nail glue, the nails stay on about 1 to 3 weeks.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. The use of nail tabs or peelable base coat will make the nails reusable.

For those that prefer nail glue, we recommend purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. You may use it to gently buff away any built up glue from the back of the nails, giving you additional wears.

Can I you replace my nail?

Yes. We offer ONE courtesy replacement nail for any nails that are too small or extremely too big (ie: two sizes or more bigger than the customer's actual size) if a sizing kit was purchased. Please contact us via email to discuss the issue. Please note: If your nails are slightly too big, you may file around the cuticle to get the perfect fit and make note of your sizing for future orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Lost, stolen or nails damaged by customer are not included. For these issues, please click here to order your replacement nail.

Are the nails flimsy?

No — we use acrylic for maximum strength and structural integrity. Our nails are durable yet perfectly balanced to sit comfortably on the natural nail.

Do you offer custom designs?

We do! If you have a concept or inspiration in mind that you would like us to recreate, please fill out our Custom Request and we will quickly get back to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Not every idea or design fits our design style. With that said we may have to decline your request if it's not a design we can offer. For recreations we may ask if minor changes are ok.

Can I make changes to a design?

Yes, if you prefer a different color, matte or glossy finish, or MINOR design changes simply make a note in the special requests at the time you are placing your order. For major design changes that include add-ons or changing crystals please contact us via email or live chat PRIOR to placing your order to discuss.

How many nails come in each set?

All sets come with 10 nails in the sizes you have provided.

What comes with my nails?

All nail orders come with a nail file, plastic cuticle pusher, wooden cuticle pusher, cuticle fork, buffer, 2 alcohol prep pads, nail glue, 2 sets of adhesive tabs, and application/removal instructions. In addition, you will receive a small ‘Thank You’ gift as an appreciation for you shopping with us!

What is your processing time?

All nail sets are handcrafted and made to order. Our current processing time is 14–21 days (including weekends, excluding holidays) before shipping. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the current processing time.

Can I make changes to my order after placing an order?

Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted acrylic press-on nails, major design changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. Minor adjustments (such as color changes or removing a small design element) may be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Refunds are not issued once orders are placed and cancellations are NOT accepted.
